Internet and cable service contracted by HOA and included in monthly HOA fees.
Trash and Recycling
Separate services contracted with by HOA and paid 1x year in February by homeowner.
NOT a part of the monthly HOA fee.
Trash pickup is Tuesday, Recycling is Friday.

Security Car Tags
Homeowner and Litchfield by the Sea access is provided by bar code tags at a cost of $20 per tag. These are also needed for golf carts and are good for as long as you own the vehicle(s)
Take your HUD closing statements and vehicle registration to Waccamaw Management.

Town Square
Waccamaw Management and Willbrook Plantation use this group forum to communicate association information to residents. Approximately 4-6 weeks after you are registered as a homeowner you will receive your Litchfield by the Sea and Willbrook Plantation booklet with monthly payment coupons and separate account numbers. Use these account numbers to register and link the two accounts to your login for Town Square for both LBTS and Willbrook Plantation (Instructions are attached) This will be the Primary means of communication for Neighborhood Notices and other information from the HOA Board and Committees.
